We’ve created a traditional, thick hand-rolled pasta, often eaten with Cacio e Pepe, or in a ragu - it’s a pasta for those family dinner gatherings to be remembered for years. 

Constructed from 100% Italian ingredients, this is real pasta, as authentic as it gets.

Slow dry- Bronze dye- packed by hand. GMO free.

Ingredients

Durum wheat semolina, water.. Contains gluten . It may contain traces of eggs, soy and mustard.

Cooking instructions

Bring water to a boil, add salt as desired, cook for 22-24 minutes.
